Extra Credit Opportunity

One of the aims of this course was to provide students with a greater familiarity with not only the lives of Jane Addams and Theodore Roosevelt, but the role they played in the Progressive Movement. With that in mind, write a 3-5 page assessment of their role. What ideas did they advocate, and how effective were they in seeing that these ideas were implemented? What problems did their ideas leave unaddressed?--and why did they not address those problems? This extra credit assignment is due Thursday, May 6, by 6:00pm.
